Can I ship in my shocks?

Absolutely, you are welcome to ship your shocks to us for service. When you send your shocks, please arrange and cover the cost of the shipping label for their journey to us. After we've completed the service, we'll take care of shipping your shocks back to you. The cost of return shipping will be conveniently included in your final invoice.

Can I bring my vehicle in?

Absolutely, you're more than welcome to bring your vehicle directly to our facility. Our team will handle everything from uninstalling your shocks to performing a comprehensive rebuild, and then reinstalling them on your vehicle. This full-service option is available for an additional fee of $450, ensuring your vehicle receives the expert care and attention it deserves.

Can I drop my shocks off?

Certainly! We warmly invite you to drop off your shocks at our shop. Upon completion of our services, you can also pick them up at your convenience. This option offers a flexible and hassle-free way to ensure your shocks receive the professional attention they need without any shipping concerns.

How long does a shock rebuild take?

When you schedule an appointment, we aim to complete your shock rebuild within 2 full business days. For those without an appointment, the turnaround time may vary based on our current workload. We strive to accommodate all our clients promptly, but scheduling in advance ensures a swift service.
